Recognitions: Deb first Joined Spaulding Cape Cod in 1995 as Nurse Manager, a post she held seven years before moving to Falmouth Hospital’s ICU, gaining experience in critical care nursing. There she was promoted to Director of Critical Care, then Director of Inpatient Nursing, finishing her tenure as VP of Clinical Services. She rejoined Spaulding Cape Cod as Director of Nursing in 2016. -

Recognitions: Diane joined SCC in February, 2017. Diane brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare management with a history of improving quality outcomes, patient safety, staff satisfaction and patient-centered care. In progressive leadership roles at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford/Stanford Children's Health, Palo Alto, CA from 2006 to 2016, she developed and implemented the infrastructure and programs to maximize quality of care, efficiency and outcomes. Whether in charge of clinical service lines or business development, Diane kept a keen eye on quality, aiming for “zero harms” in the NICU, implementing a “Just Culture” for patient safety, and leadership rounds to engage patients and staff. She obtained her certification in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ in June 2019. -
Andrew L. Judelson, MD

Recognitions: Dr. Judelson joined Spaulding Cape Cod in 2001 as a physiatrist providing both inpatient and outpatient care. His recent practice has focused on outpatient services at the hospital’s outpatient centers in Sandwich and Orleans. He is director of SCC’s Sports Concussion Clinic. Other clinical interests include sports medicine, spine disorders and interventions, spasticity management, exercise physiology, and wound care management. He has served on numerous committees in the past.Dr. Judelson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
