Nursing at Spaulding Cambridge
We are on the Journey to Magnet at Spaulding Cape Cod and Spaulding Cambridge. The opportunity to join in on this journey is a phenomenal way to advance your career. The Magnet Recognition Program, driven by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, enables nurses to celebrate the excellence in each other. Nurses are empowered to make decisions and own their practice. Professional advancement and autonomy is encouraged and rewarded. The Journey to Magnet Excellence is a revealing self-evaluation, creating opportunities for the entire organization to work collaboratively, enhance individual professional development and growth, and strategically support a work environment that is proactive and deliberate in the delivery of safe patient care. This inspires nurses to create solutions to local problems and improve the quality and safety of patient care.
