  • Greg Jackson

    Greg Jackson, MRC

    Title: President and Chief Operating Officer of Spaulding Rehabilitation

    Greg Jackson, MRC is Spaulding Rehabilitation’s Interim President and Chief Operating Officer. In this Spaulding-wide leadership role, he oversees operations and strategic planning for the Inpatient Rehabilitation departments at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital for Continuing Medical Care Cambridge, and Spaulding Rehabilitation Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton.

    Greg has over 30 years of experience in healthcare with over 20 of those years in increasingly complex leadership roles. Greg comes to Spaulding with a wealth of experience in acute care, orthopedic, neuroscience and rehabilitation medicine.

    Throughout his career, Greg has built a strong, results-oriented track record of improving patient outcomes and increasing the efficiency of care delivery. He is well versed in regulatory issues, acute care continuum of care, and length of stay challenges, and has experience growing new programs in academic medical environments. Greg began his career as a medical lab technician, before earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s of rehabilitation counseling from Arkansas State University.

  • Joanne Fucile

    Joanne Fucile, DNP, RN, CRRN, NEA-BC, LSSGB, FAONL

    Title: Vice President of Operations/Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO)

    Education: BSN and MSN, Salem State College; Doctorate in Nursing Practice, MGH Institute of Health Professions

    Recognitions/Memberships: Member of Sigma Theta Tau, Association of Nurse Executives and the Association of Rehabilitation Nursing. American College of Healthcare Executives, Association of Nursing Association and Organization of Nurse Leaders Board – past president 2018. ACP Veteran Mentor; Member of Lynn Council of Elder Services.

  • R. Nicholas Nace

    R. Nicholas Nace, MD

    Title: Senior Medical Director of Inpatient Operations

    Dr. R. Nicholas Nace serves as the Sr. Medical Director of Inpatient Operations for Spaulding Cambridge. Dr. Nace joined Spaulding Cambridge in 2011. His training and board certification in Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation allow him to pursue his passion for providing care to chronically critically ill LTAC inpatients. Prior to Spaulding, Dr. Nace was the Medical Director of two freestanding Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals, the Chief Medical Officer of a LTAC Hospital, and the Medical Director of Case Management at an academic medical center.

  • William J. Reilly

    William J. Reilly, MS, OTR/L

    Title: Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation

    Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Tufts University; undergraduate degree is from Saint John’s Seminary College

    Recognitions: Clinical Practice Leader on the Pulmonary and Cardiac units at Youville Hospital; Director of Rehabilitation, Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton

    William Reilly, MS, OTR/L is the director of rehabilitation for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital for Continuing Care Cambridge and Spaulding Rehabilitation Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton. He is passionate about rehabilitation for medically complex patients.

    Prior to taking on leadership roles, he worked with cardio-pulmonary and ventilation patients at Spaulding Cambridge. He has also previously served as a case manager for long-term care patients with traumatic brain injuries and behavioral diagnoses. Bill has his BS from St. John’s Seminary College and his MS in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University.

    Title: Director of Admissions

    Colleen Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Boston University in 2008 and a Master of Public Health from Emmanuel College in 2012.

  • Jonathon Schwartz

    Jonathon Schwartz, MD

    Title: Associate Chief Medical Officer

    Education: BA in chemistry, Johns Hopkins University; MD, Temple University; Residency: Internal medicine, Boston Medical Center; Fellowship: Nephrology, Boston Medical Center.

    Recognitions: Led numerous symposia and given multiple lectures on varied topics from medical education, physician-patient relationship to nephrology management for primary care doctors as well as intensivists. His received outstanding teacher awards as a resident and teaching undergraduate chemistry.

    Pauline Smith, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, LSSGB

    Title: Senior Director, Assistant Associate Chief Nursing Officer

    Pauline Smith, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, LSSGB is an experienced, compassionate leader with more than 19 years of clinical and leadership experience in the healthcare industry, showcasing a solid commitment to excellence and professionalism in nursing. As a Senior Director working collaboratively with the CNO and ACNO at Spaulding Rehabilitation, she works with nurse directors to support SRH’s nursing strategic plan while upholding key performance indicators.

    Pauline is a board-certified nurse leader with a DNP from MGH Institute of Health Professions as well as an MBA from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She is adept at navigating the complexities of healthcare delivery, providing integrated clinical and administrative support while ensuring regulatory compliance. Pauline fosters collaboration that empowers teams to thrive in high-pressure environments, as well as creating and executing research-based, data-driven strategies that enhance institutional effectiveness.
