Vice President of Human Resources, Spaulding Rehabilitation

Jean Jackson serves as the executive director of human resources for Spaulding Rehabilitation. She has over 25 years of HR leadership experience, with a strong background in developing collaborative relationships with staff at all levels and building strategic HR teams that inspire a positive workforce culture. Prior to joining Spaulding, Jean was the vice president of human resources at MGB Brigham where she made significant impact transforming the human resources team. Jean held similar positions in HR leadership at Lahey Health, Ascentria Care Alliance, Baystate Health, Aspire Health and South Shore Health. Early in her career, she worked at Mass Eye and Ear and McLean Hospital.

Jean is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications. She is a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) for healthcare and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society of Human Resources Management.
