Monica Baggio Tormey

Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer

Monica Baggio Tormey is the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for Spaulding Rehabilitation. She has over 24 years of experience in Post-Acute Care leadership roles supporting Compliance, HIPAA Privacy and Health Information Management operations.

In 2015, Monica joined Spaulding and has collaborated across all areas of the organization to increase compliance and privacy awareness, support and regulatory adherence.

Prior to joining the Spaulding team, Monica held regional and national roles with Post-Acute providers.   

Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Fitchburg State University and certifications in healthcare compliance, research compliance and health information administration.
