Nursing Leadership

The Nursing Division at Spaulding is led by Chief Nursing Officer Maureen Banks and a team of Associate Chief Nursing Officers who oversee our individual facilities in Sandwich, Cambridge, Brighton and Charlestown. This team leads the largest contingent of the Spaulding workforce — our nursing staff — who play a critical role in improving the lives of our patients and families.

    Recognitions: Deb first Joined Spaulding Cape Cod in 1995 as Nurse Manager, a post she held seven years before moving to Falmouth Hospital’s ICU, gaining experience in critical care nursing. There she was promoted to Director of Critical Care, then Director of Inpatient Nursing, finishing her tenure as VP of Clinical Services. She rejoined Spaulding Cape Cod as Director of Nursing in 2016.

    Interim Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Spaulding Hospital Boston

    Ann D. Caberoy is the Interim Director of Nursing at Spaulding Boston. Ann is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from West Visayas State University, College of Nursing, Iloilo City, Philippines and her Masters Degree in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She has worked as a staff nurse and charge nurse on the Stroke program at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital since 2003. Prior to this current role, Ann has served as the Nurse Director of the Stroke Program since 2011.
