John Allen, PhD

Dr. John S. Allen has been a Health Psychologist at Spaulding Cape Cod for over 20 years. He provides individual, family, group counseling and education within SCC’s medical rehabilitation programs including the Parkinson’s Center for Comprehensive Care.  Dr. Allen created and facilitates the Health Mindset Parkinson’s Programs for Patients and Care Partners. He is also an active member of the SCC Integrative Medicine Task Force. Dr. Allen received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and a member of the American Psychological Association.
