Pediatric Speech-Language Therapy Program at Spaulding Foxborough

Parents of children and young adults diagnosed with speech-language delays, disorders and disabilities, know how difficult it can be watching your child struggle to communicate. We work hand-in-hand with families, physicians and specialized clinicians to make sure your child gets the support and state-of-the-art services they need to succeed.

Spaulding's Approach

Our clinicians have advanced training and experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including:

  • Neurological Disorders
  • Expressive and Receptive Language Disorders
  • Fluency/Stuttering
  • Phonological Disorders
  • Craniofacial abnormalities
  • Semantic and/or Pragmatic Language Disorders

  • Sensory Integration Disorders
  • Feeding or Swallowing Problems

Speech Language Therapy Activities

In speech and language therapy at Spaulding, we work with your child using a variety of strategies. These can include language intervention activities and articulation activities in which our team models proper pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary for your child. We work with your child using toys, objects, pictures, and books to make learning and repetitive practice fun.
