PHH Private Care Accredited by Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts

Partners HealthCare at Home Private Care has received official notice of Home Care Agency Accreditation from the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. The Home Care Alliance represents 190 agencies across Massachusetts, and launched the accreditation program for Private Pay agencies in 2010. PHH Private Care is among the first to earn this Accreditation. The accreditation standards help to ensure the provision of quality services, ethical business standards and superior employment practices. PHH Private Care was required to submit policies relating to training requirements, administrative protocols and business practices in order to meet the strict accreditation standards.
