Rebecca Kaiser

Chief of Staff

Rebecca Kaiser is responsible for developing and maintaining community and government relations for Partners Continuing Care (PCC). Her responsibilities include overseeing the community and governmental aspects for the Spaulding Rehabilitation facilities, including the development of the new Spaulding Boston hospital in the Charlestown Navy yard, advocating for PCC’s state and federal legislative priorities and managing federal government payment reform for the post-acute care for PCC. She also supports the PCC Board of Directors, including serving as the point of contact for the Board and ongoing board development.

Prior to working for Partners HealthCare, Ms. Kaiser served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the law firm of Dwyer & Collora, LLP. She has extensive legislative affairs experience, having worked for the Massachusetts chapter of the National Organization for Women, Massachusetts Citizens Against the Death Penalty, and the Nebraska chapter of the ACLU.
