Tenforde has the unique perspective of being both a doctor and a former professional runner who was an All-American where he contributed to three NCAA National Team Championships and later qualified for the Olympic trials in both the 5000 and 10,000 meter events. Dr. Tenforde’s clinical expertise is in understanding modifiable risk factors for stress fractures, tendinopathy and other running injuries and interventions to address these injuries including use of extracorporeal shockwave.
