Julie Litwinowich
Rehabilitation Manager 
Julie is the Rehabilitation Manager for Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center North End. 
She is an advanced clinician Occupational Therapist.  She has ten years of clinical experience, serving the Spaulding Network for six years.  Julie has clinical experience in Intensive Care Unit/Neuro Intensive Care Unit acute care, Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, and Outpatient care.  She has extensive experience in orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, brain injury, vent weaning, and outpatient hand therapy.

Julie earned her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. 

Kathleen McCarey
Kathleen McCarey is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she was an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.  She received her graduate degree in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.  While pursuing her graduate degree she volunteered with the AmeriCorps providing a wide variety of health care services to the underserved population in eastern Massachusetts.

Her professional career as a Nurse Practitioner has been focused on providing primary, rehabilitative and end of life care for the adult and geriatric population.  In addition to her clinical role at Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center North End, she is a Program Manager for MGH Senior Health working with interdisciplinary teams to improve the quality of care at various skilled nursing facilities in the greater Boston area.
