Tools for Promoting Healthy Change
Dr. Edward M. Phillips and Dr. Elizabeth P. Frates cordially invite you to a two-day, highly interactive and patient-centered CME course. Experts in Lifestyle Medicine, exercise prescription, wellness coaching, and living a connected life will provide the knowledge, skills and tools for healthcare professionals to effectively and efficiently promote healthy lifestyle changes in their patients. State-of-the-art tools and skills, including how to set up and manage a Lifestyle Medicine practice, to understand this practice as true healthcare reform, and to counsel patients to improve their overall lifestyle, including stress management, diet, and exercise will be presented. This course covers Basic Tools for Lifestyle Medicine on the first day and Advanced Tools for Lifestyle Medicine on the second day. You may choose to attend either day or both days.
