Target Population

Individuals over the age of 18 who have experienced severe acquired brain injury (including those who require ventilator support) and have not yet regained the ability to follow instructions, communicate reliably or perform basic self-care activities.

Administration

The DOC COMPASS is a single comprehensive resource for administration of a systematic evidence-based 8-week neurorehabilitation program for individuals with disorders of consciousness. It includes assessment and treatment tools appropriate for both clinical and research purposes.
