The Cardiovascular Research Lab conducts research focused on human cardiovascular autonomic function and control.
This includes research exploring the role of exercise in preventing cardiovascular declines with aging and disease as well as research to understand the impact of various pathophysiologic conditions on cardiovascular autonomic function.

Our lab has created the Exercise for Persons with Disabilities (ExPD) program which provides access to physical activity for a broad range of those with neuromuscular disabilities who otherwise have limited access to appropriate exercise. Learn more
