Children Policy

Children must have adult supervision (other than the patient) at all times. Visitation may be limited due to patient’s condition and preference. Children may not be overnight visitors.

Pet Policy

We know that pet visits are good for recovery. We allow dogs to visit patients in certain parts of the hospital. As the weather gets warmer, we want most dog visits to be on the first-floor hospital patio. Having the pet visits occur outside will prevent disruption on the hospital units and give you the best experience.

Requirements for dogs visiting the hospital:

• Dog owners must always have a copy of the dog’s updated vaccine record with them
• Dogs must stay on a leash or in a carrier for the whole visit
• Dog owners are always responsible and liable for their pets
