Greg Jackson, MRC, Interim President and Chief Operating Officer
Greg Jackson, MRC is Spaulding Rehabilitation’s Interim President and Chief Operating Officer. In this Spaulding-wide leadership role, he oversees operations and strategic planning for the Inpatient Rehabilitation departments at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital for Continuing Medical Care Cambridge, and Spaulding Rehabilitation Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton.
Greg has over 30 years of experience in healthcare with over 20 of those years in increasingly complex leadership roles. Greg comes to Spaulding with a wealth of experience in acute care, orthopedic, neuroscience and rehabilitation medicine.
Throughout his career, Greg has built a strong, results-oriented track record of improving patient outcomes and increasing the efficiency of care delivery. He is well versed in regulatory issues, acute care continuum of care, and length of stay challenges, and has experience growing new programs in academic medical environments. Greg began his career as a medical lab technician, before earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s of rehabilitation counseling from Arkansas State University.

Cheri Blauwet, Chief Medical Officer
Cheri Blauwet, MD serves as the Spaulding Rehabilitation Chief Medical Officer and interim chair/chief of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is the Founding Director of the Kelley Adaptive Sports Research Institute. Dr. Blauwet is also a former Paralympic athlete in the sport of wheelchair racing, competing for the United States Team in three Paralympic Games. She is also a two-time winner of both the Boston and New York City Marathons. Dr. Blauwet is a pioneer and change agent in the area of disability and health equity, with a specific focus on sport and physical activity for health promotion and chronic disease prevention. She is deeply committed to ensuring that opportunities for achieving optimal health are equitable and universally accessible to all, inclusive of people with disabilities.

Cara Brickley, PT, DPT, Vice President of Operations, Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services
Cara Brickley, PT, DPT, is the Vice President of Operations and Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston. Dr. Brickley oversees the service delivery of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Therapeutic Recreation, Child Life, and Music Therapy to the adult and pediatric inpatient populations. She is also the co-chair of the Patient Safety Committee.
Dr. Brickley has worked in a variety of roles at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston including staff Physical Therapist, Practice Leader, and Program Director. She received her Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons University.

Judi Cullinane, PhD, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, LSSBH, CCRN-K, Chief Nursing Officer
Dr. Judi Cullinane serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for Spaulding Rehabilitation, a world leader in advanced rehabilitation treatment and research that serves the greater Boston region and beyond. Spaulding Rehabilitation consists of three hospitals, a skilled nursing facility and twenty-six outpatient centers across eastern Massachusetts. She has oversight of all nursing and patient care supports, driving excellence in care that is patient-family centered and holistic through advocacy, clinical practice, research, and academics.

John Danko, DO, Associate Chief Medical Officer
John Danko, DO serves at the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Boston and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod. He is a clinical instructor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical school and an inpatient Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation specialist at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston. Dr. Danko is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at NYU-Langone Medical Center, Rusk Rehabilitation and is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Martha Rafferty, Associate Chief Nursing Officer
Martha Rafferty, MSN, RN is the Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston. Martha oversees inpatient nursing at Spaulding and works collaboratively with leaders across Spaulding Rehabilitation. Martha earned her Master’s degree from Rivier University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing at Rivier University. Martha has had a wealth of leadership experience across the acute care setting and is eager to share this experience at Spaulding Boston.

Breanne Muchemore, LICSW, CCM, Director of Case Management
Breanne Muchemore, LICSW, CCM is the Senior Director of Care Management at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Spaulding Hospital Cambridge. She oversees inpatient and outpatient case management and social work departments at Spaulding Boston and Cambridge. Breanne is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University and is a graduate of Boston College with her Master's in Social Work. She has worked for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital since 2013 and is the chair of the Customer Service Committee and Utilization Review Committee. In 2020, Breanne managed Case Management teams at Boston Hope, 500 bed field hospital for patients with COVID-19 and post-acute care needs. Breanne is a Board Member for American Case Management Association-Massachusetts Chapter.

Deb Waugh PT, DPT, CCM, Director of Admissions
Deb Waugh, PT, DPT, CCM, is Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston’s director of admissions. Overseeing a team of nearly a dozen admitting liaisons and coordinators, both onsite at Spaulding and seated across Mass General Brigham, Deb ensures qualified prospective patients can easily transition into Spaulding Boston from local, regional and national acute care hospitals. With a keen eye towards exceptional patient care and sustainable operations, Deb relies on her years of patient treatment experience to make sure each patient is evaluated to best meet their individual needs and circumstances.
Prior to leading Spaulding Boston admissions, Deb managed transition care at MGH and rehabilitation at the former Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center North End. Deb received her undergraduate and graduate training in physical therapy from Simmons University.
