We are so pleased you have chosen to receive care at our state-of-the-art center, conveniently located within Shetland Park in downtown Salem. Our address is:

Parking instructions

Please refer to the diagram below. Our center is located in Building 2. There are two entrances to the parking lot off of Congress Street.

Spaces in teal on the diagram are Accessible/Handicap Parking and require a disability placard.

Spaces in yellow and orange are available for patients and visitors and will be marked with signage indicating PG Prime Group 2 Hour Parking.

If you are unable to find parking outside the building, there is additional parking in the garage located at the end of Lynch Street. Please take a parking ticket at the gate and bring this with you to your appointment, so it can be validated by our front desk at the end of your appointment. The second level of the parking garage has a covered bridge that will provide you direct access to the second floor of our building. Please follow the signage to our suite, once you exit the covered bridge.

Directions to our suite

You will enter at the front entrance of the 35 Congress Street building using either the ramp or stairs. This will take you to the lobby. You may either take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. When you come off the elevator, walk down the hallway to your immediate left. If taking the stairs, the hallway will be to your right. Our suite is straight ahead, Suite 211.
