At Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod (SCC), we’ll help you or a loved one find the physical and emotional strength to get back to the people, places and activities that give your life meaning.

As the only facility on Cape Cod offering hospital-level rehabilitation care, we provide intensive, coordinated, inpatient medical, nursing and therapy services to help you gain the skills you need to get back to independent living as soon as possible. We also have the ability to treat patients with multiple medical diagnoses through our Complex Medical Rehabilitation program.

We know this is not anyone else’s journey. It’s yours. That’s why our physician-led teams of rehabilitation specialists work closely with you and your loved ones to develop a treatment plan based on your goals, needs and circumstances. Our expert clinicians combine advanced therapies with healthy doses of encouragement and compassion to help you see what’s possible from the very beginning of your stay … and to celebrate every improvement towards your goals along the way.

Once home, you can continue treatment to reach your next level of recovery with the assistance of SCC’s extensive outpatient services. At outpatient centers located in Sandwich, Hyannis, Orleans and Plymouth, and at our pediatric center in Forestdale, experienced therapists and physicians treat a wide array of conditions and offer many specialty services. Our adaptive sports programs, wellness programs, and support groups are additional resources to help you live an active, full life. Our patients particularly enjoy our therapeutic recreation program. We work with you to get you back to doing the things you love, and help you discover new recreational activities. Let our team know about your hobbies and interests and we will build your goals and lifestyle into your unique treatment plan.

Since opening in 1995, Spaulding Cape Cod has earned a reputation for superior outcomes. Our patients benefit from effective and innovative therapies based on the latest research, thanks in part to the ongoing education of our clinical teams and our affiliation with the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. This combination of clinical excellence delivered in a beautiful, intimate environment helps many of our patients achieve more than they thought possible.
