Nursing at Spaulding Rehabilitation
Welcome from the CNO
Maureen Banks, RN, DNP, MBA, NEA-BC, FACHE
Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Spaulding Rehabilitation Network
In my role as Chief Nursing Officer for Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, I have the honor of leading an exceptional group of nurses and nurse leaders who inspire me every day. For many of us, the past two years have been the most difficult and challenging time we have seen in our careers. I am so impressed with the expertise, compassion and professionalism exhibited by our nurses each and every day.
I am also proud of our Nursing culture at Spaulding, which is focused on four pillars of our nursing practice: clinical, academic, research and advocacy. We provide an environment that fosters and embraces nursing professionalism. We encourage Spaulding nurses to learn and grow professionally, and offer many exceptional education, training and leadership opportunities. We are committed to clinical excellence in all areas to help our patients achieve the best outcomes.
Our success at Spaulding is driven by the expertise, talent and passion that our team demonstrates every day. As the largest part of our workforce, our nurses play a critical role in improving the lives of our patients and their families. I encourage you to read more about our Nursing culture at Spaulding, and please contact us if you would like to learn more about our community.
