Working Partners

Working Partners is a public/private partnership between the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network (SRN) and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC).

This partnership is centered on employment for people with disabilities. MRC's consumers interested in healthcare positions are encouraged to apply for open positions within Spaulding and are guided through the application process.

Those Spaulding patients who have experienced a life changing event due to illness or injury and therefore need to consider alternate employment are referred to MRC for assistance in navigating resources around financial support, returning to community life and ultimately returning to work.

Working Partners has been recognized on the national level, with a White House Champion of Change award going to Oz Mondejar, Vice President for Mission and Advocacy, for his work in conceptualizing and creating this program.
