Spaulding Wellesley provides full service adult and pediatric rehabilitation for residents and employees in the Newton, Needham, and Wellesley areas. More than 25 clinicians help patients with their comprehensive rehabilitation needs. Our staff specializes in diagnosis, management and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, general orthopedics, Neurological Rehabilitation, Arthritis Management, Sports Injury and Conditioning, work related injury and developmental Pediatrics. Other specialized services offered at Wellesley are aquatic therapy, brace clinics and wheelchair clinics.

The Center is also home to the Learning and Developmental Disabilities Evaluation and Rehabilitation Services (LADDERS), a medical and rehabilitation program for children with autism, cerebral palsy and other developmental delay disorders.
