Kimberly, site manager of Spaulding Medford, makes weekly payroll deductions to support Philanthropy for Rehabilitation Inspired by Dedicated Employees (PRIDE).

I have found our administration to always be supportive of me and my center's endeavors and I believe it is my responsibility to reciprocate in aiding Spaulding in achieving its broader goals. Besides being the best manager and positive contributor that I can be in my role, participating in PRIDE is another way I can do that!

It feels really great to contribute to such a worthy cause and it is also a lot of fun to participate in the various PRIDE raffles and team events throughout the year! The PRIDE events are a reminder of what a great team Spaulding has and how fortunate I am to be a part of it.

I encourage other Spaulding staff members to become PRIDE members, as it's a positive thing to do for the greater good of our hospital, which every day helps hundreds of people with disabilities to achieve their personal goals. In order to carry out the hospital's mission and remain state-of-the-art, development is so important."
