Amputee  Neil Firefighter Neil Sullivan was badly injured in the line of duty, and lost one of his legs. Brain Injury  Jason While on stage playing in front of a sold out club, musician Jason Crigler suffered a major stroke as a result of an Arterio-Venous Malformation (AVM). The AVM so severe that it left Jason in a vegetative state.
