Spaulding offers a variety of resources for family members and members of the community:

Educational Resources

Patient Family Resource Center

Hours:		Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Phone:		(617) 573-2186

The Patient Family Resource Center has a library of information (including books, pamphlets, periodicals, and videos) on disability, diseases, and conditions. The center is open to patients, families, and visitors to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Hours are extended when additional staffing is available.

The center has adjustable computer workstations for those needing assistive technology. A resource assistant is available to help with research during scheduled hours.

Health, Sports and Fitness

•	The Dr. Charles H. Weingarten Adaptive Sports & Recreation Program is available to disabled individuals in the Boston area.
•	Exercise classes in yoga and pilates are available at Medford.
•	Sports Clinics - proper technique is important in preventing sports injuries. Find out what you need to know at one of our sports clinics.
•	Massage therapy is available at Wellesley and Medford.
