Balance and Falls Prevention
As we age, many of us will experience balance problems and the potential for falls that can lead to more serious problems. We can assist with decreasing your risk of falls and help you improve your general health and mobility.

A balance and falls intervention at Spaulding will include: assessments to understand why you fall, specific balance exercises, strength, flexibility, and endurance exercises, gait retraining, vestibular rehabilitation techniques, and prescription of assistive devices.

After Therapy Fitness
A variety of after-therapy treatment options are available to allow the individual to maintain a connection with the staff and a healthy level of activity. We offer a comprehensive plan that focuses on patient and family education. Our team-oriented approach allows for treatment plans to be tailored to the individual and his or her goals.
