Snapshot
The physical therapists at Spaulding Brighton provide treatment for a wide range of conditions, including general orthopedic and post-surgical care, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, pain syndromes, as well as neurological and degenerative conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.

Specializing in Spine Care and Conditioning, our therapists are trained in the movement methods of Pilates and GYROTONIC®, which are incorporated in treatment programs to train neuromuscular co-ordination, strength and flexibility for functional activities in life, as well as sports performance. The Spaulding Brighton clinic is fully equipped with traditional studio Pilates equipment, a GYROTONIC Pulley Tower, and a GYROTONIC Jump and Stretch Board.

Another Brighton clinic speciality is: Sports Injury and Conditioning. Situated as they are close to the famous Charles River, the therapists at Spaulding Brighton specialize in helping college and masters rowers and scullers return to competitive form following repetitive strain or injury.
