Susan Moore
Director of Case Management
Susan Moore is the Director of Case Management at Spaulding Hospital Cambridge. Her clinical background is in oncology, hospice and palliative care.  She has experience in a variety of settings, including a teaching hospital, home hospice, a leading managed care organization and a community healthcare network.

Ms. Moore is a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Her bachelor degree is from Middlebury College. She has a diploma in Nursing from Saint Francis Hospital School of Nursing and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Connecticut.

William J. Reilly, MS, OTR/L
Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation
Bill is the Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services at Spaulding Hospital Cambridge.  He began his career as on OTR/L at Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Boston before moving to Youville Hospital in Cambridge.  He began as a staff therapist on the Neurological floor. While at Youville, he worked on each unit before moving into the position of Clinical Practice Leader on the Pulmonary and Cardiac units.  He was recently promoted to his current position.

Bill received his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University in Medford, MA.  Prior to enrolling in Occupational Therapy school, Bill worked as a case manager on a Traumatic Brain Injury unit.  His undergraduate degree is from Saint John’s Seminary College in Brighton.
