TPI Golf Conditioning Course

Objectives:
• Perform golf-specific conditioning exercises
• Focus on upper and lower body strength, thoracic and lumbar flexibility and core strength
• Improve golf swing balance, power and consistency
• Review dynamic golf warm-up exercises

FEATURED INSTRUCTOR:
Geoff Trivino, PT, DPT, TPI Certified

When:
Three Week Course, April 29th - May15th
Monday and Wednesday nights
6-7pm, Two 60 minute exercise sessions per week, six sessions total

Cost: $200
Limited to 8 people
